Kristina Vayda has over 20 years’ experience in the charitable, philanthropic, and social business sectors in both France and Canada.

 

Coupled with ten years managing and consulting for her family's business, she brings a unique vision and set of skills to her clients.

 

She has developed, launched and managed new philanthropic structures, service offers, social impact programs, and has also managed the corporate restructuring of her family business ensuring a return to profits.

 

A firm believer in a triple bottom line, Kristina’s work as a philanthropy consultant combines strategic vision and detail-oriented precision to ensure that each and every client’s project reaches its goals. She is a highly effective foundation advisor dedicated to her life’s work in the charitable giving sector.

Kristina holds a B.A. (double major) from the University of Guelph, and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
